Dunhill Towers Office development is in Westland’s, Nairobi along Waiyaki Way. The building is of 13,740 m2 GFA and a GBA of 26,673 m2. The development seeked to set the standard in green office buildings and sustainable design in Kenya and the entire East African region.
The Dunhill Towers development comprises of 20 storeys: parking levels on basement, ground, 1st – 6th floors, office
levels on 7th -19th floors and roof level to have water tanks and services.
